                          Two open lessons were organized respectively:

                          1. Geography of Romania and Gorj county, discipline Geography, 9th grade, professor Dumitrescu Aurora;

                          2. Personnel selection – Simulation of an interview for the occupation of a targeted position, Business Administration discipline, 11th grade, teacher Arsenie Adela Madalina.

                          In these interactive lessons, modern means and methods of learning were used, laptop-projector-smartboard, presentations were made in electronic format, presentation videos, etc.

                          During the workshop, the RAINBOW VILLAGE concept was presented.

                          According to this technique, we have the following scenario: everything in the world is destroyed and all those who survive have a task: to create an imaginary friendly to nature, a world in which they will reflect their cultural identity through common laws, a flag, a national anthem and the election of a mayor. Through this global simulation, students interact to introduce themselves, describe their surroundings, organize their village, make decisions, etc.

                          Within this concept, our students and teachers:

                         -They will develop language and ICT skills;

                         - They will have the chance to express themselves creatively outside the classic classroom environment;

                         - Understand the necessity of democracy for a high standard of living in an environment where democratic participation will be experienced one-on-one;

                          - While creating their new identity, they will learn about different cultures and learn to respect these differences;

                          - In the new order to be created, all activities will be organized with an ecological approach and awareness will be developed.

                          - Plan interdisciplinary classroom work on team projects and experience - the collaborative approach;

                          -The school dropout rate will be reduced from 35% to 25% in a motivated school atmosphere.

                          Thanks to the various activities that will be implemented, we will both increase the use of ICT tools by the participants and ensure this in a fun and interactive environment.

                          The criteria that will be the basis for the election of the mayor of Rainbow Village and the general council have been established. These are:

                          - Kindness and respect;

                          - Safety first;

                          - The right to medical service;

                          - Equality between women and men;

                          - People with disabilities have equal rights with everyone else;

                          - Equality between ethnic groups and religions;

                          - The right to education - everyone must go to school to learn to survive.

                         The qualities that the mayor must have were also established:

                         - He must understand everyone's problems;

                         - To be strong;

                         - To always look ahead;

                         - To be intelligent;

                         - To have empathy.

                         In this spirit, elections for the mayor were organized in Rainbow Village by the students participating in the project. The result is:

Maria Balica – mayor - Romania

                         Next comes the election of the general council, the procedure that will be carried out online - by voting of all the students who are part of the project teams.

                     Our communication with partners throughout the project will be done through e-twinning, ZOOM, social media platforms. We will maximize the number of stakeholders who benefit from the creative technique we will use by sharing teaching results on school websites, e-twinning and social media platforms.

                     We made documentary visits to touristic sites of Gorj county and beyond.As part of these actions, the following were visited:

                     1. Polovragi Monastery;

                     2. Women’s cave;
